Movement

... dance, and magic come from imagination. So long as you are willing and able to imagine yourselves creating, you are welcome and invited to move within this series.

Dance and Movement

Movement and dance are different for all of us as we come from various places of cultural familiarity and ability.

I am trained in various styles of dance, and am familiar with teaching audiences of different ages, different abilities, and different social and cultural backgrounds how to move their bodies.

I teach the following styles and dance histories:

Latin: Bachata and Salsa

Modern and Contemporary dance foundations

Ritual, symbolic, and idiographic movements
